This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) describes how LRH Supplements, LLC DBA Livtality (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you visit [www.livtality.com] (our “Website”), create an account, or make a purchase. For purposes of this Notice, “personal data” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you.
For purposes of this Notice, information is not “personal data” if it cannot reasonably be used to infer information about you or be linked to you, such as if it’s been deidentified or aggregated, or if it is information that you have made available to the general public, such as public posts on social networks.
This Notice applies to personal data we collect:

For simplicity, we refer to the Website and our communication channels collectively as the “Services” in the remainder of this Notice. a. Personal Data You Provide
The following are the categories and types of personal data that we may collect from or about you, depending on how you interact with us:
- Direct identifiers. Direct personal identifiers, such as name, online identifier, online username or social media handle.
- Contact information. Direct personal identifiers such as email address or phone number and indirect identifiers like postal address.
- Demographic Information. Indirect identifiers such as age and gender.
- Sensitive Demographic Information. Information revealing sex life, sexual orientation, or status as nonbinary or transgender, race, or nationality.
- Health information. Data related to a mental or physical health condition, diagnosis, disability or treatment, genetic identifiers or genetic data.
- Commercial Information. Information such as the products and samples you have purchased and considered, your preferences on various products and brands, photographs of your receipts containing purchases, and related information about your commercial activities.
- Payment Information. Information such as credit or debit card number, card expiration date, security code, billing address, and shipping address.
b. Personal Data We Collect Automatically
We collect personal data automatically as you navigate the Services. The technologies we deploy through the Services collect your device information, browsing actions, and patterns as follows:
- Device Identifiers. Information about the device you are using, such as device identifier of the equipment you use to access the website, your device type, screen size, the browser you use, hardware model, Media Access Control (MAC) address, IP address, and operating system.
- Online Identifiers. Persistent or probabilistic identifiers gathered from Automatic Information Collection Technologies (discussed below), such as cookies and pixels, used to pseudonymously identify you and your website preferences.
- Usage Information. Information about your interaction with the Services, such as the pages you access on the Services, the frequency of access, what you click on, referring URL, traffic data, searches you make, when you accessed the website, and your clicks, taps, scrolls on the Services.
- Location Information. Information about your location, which may be determined through your device’s IP address.
- Clickstream Data. We may record what you have clicked while on the Services. This data can tell us Device Identifiers and the address of the website from which you linked to the website. We may collect and use clickstream data as a form of aggregate information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of the website, and how customers navigate to and on the website.
c. Prescriber / Wholesale Account Personal Data
If you register as a prescriber or wholesale customer, we may also collect:
- Practice name
- National Provide Identifier (NPI)
- Practice address
- Shipping address
d. Children’s and Minors’ Personal Data
We do not market the Services to, and do not knowingly collect or maintain personal data from, individuals under the age of 18. We do not intend the Services for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not use personal data collected from children or minors for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not disclose such information to any third-party for any purpose whatsoever. No one under age 18 may provide any personal data to or on the Services.
If you are under 18, do not provide any information on the Website or on or through any of the features of the Services, register on the Services, make any purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from an individual under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at support@livtality.com and we will use all reasonable efforts to delete that information.
If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at support@livtality.com and we will use all reasonable efforts to delete that information.
2. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Provide our Websites and Services to You. We use your personal data to provide our Services to you, including to: (1) create and manage your account when you sign up to use our Services; (2) facilitate your access and use of our Website; (3) process your receipts and feedback on products to facilitate your participation in the Services, including but not limited to certain rebate and rewards programs; (4) send you notifications relating to your account and participation in our Services; (5) answer your communications; and (6) perform other related business functions.
- Order Fulfillment and Transactions. We use your personal data to process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, process your payments, confirm transactions, and provide you with related information such as purchase confirmations, invoices, updates on your deliveries, and post-purchase follow-up communications. We also use your information to facilitate returns, exchanges, and refunds.

- Aggregation and De-identification. We may aggregate and/or de-identify your personal data so that it may no longer be considered personal data. We may use such aggregated and de-identified information for any lawful purpose, including for research, analytics, marketing, and improving our Services.
- Corporate Transactions. We may use your personal data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, acquisition, sale of assets, transition of service to another provider, financing, or other business transaction involving some or all of our business or assets.
- With Your Consent or at Your Direction. We may use your personal data for purposes disclosed to you at the time you provide your personal data or otherwise with your consent or at your direction.
We do not use your personal data to train large language models.

- We may verify your professional or practice personal data
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion.
4. Your Privacy Choices
a. Communication Preferences
The following is information about how to opt out of receiving certain communications from us, depending on means of delivery:
- E-mails. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the instructions as provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link, or emailing us at the email address set out as set out in the Contact Us section below with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the email. Please note that you cannot opt-out of non-promotional emails, such as those about your account, transactions, servicing, or our ongoing business relations.
- Phone & SMS Text Messaging. You can opt-out of receiving text messages or calls to your phone number at any time by (i) for text messages, texting “STOP” in response to any text message you receive from us or contacting us as set out in the Contact Us section below and specifying you want to opt-out of text messages; and (ii) for calls, requesting opt-out during any call you receive from us or contacting us as set out in the Contact Us section below and specifying you want to opt-out of calls.

Third-parties may collect information about you through the use of automatic information collection technologies described above. If you would like to stop or restrict the placement of cookies or delete any cookies that may already be on your device, please refer to and adjust your web browser preferences. For clarity, cookie-based opt-outs must be performed on each device and browser that you wish to have opted out. You may also have to renew this choice if you clear your cookies, or your browser is set to clear cookies automatically.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your personal data to serve targeted advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

c. Your State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of Connecticut, subject to certain limitations, you have the following rights:
- Right to Verify: You have the right to request that we confirm whether we are processing or have processed your personal data.
- Right to Access: You have the right to access your personal data.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of the personal data.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request we delete personal data provided by, collected from, obtained about, or concerning, you.
- Right to Personal Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format that allows you to transfer the personal data to another entity without hindrance, to the extent technically feasible.
- Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: You have the right to request that we not process your personal data for the purpose of targeted advertising. For California residents, this is the same thing as opting out of cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Opt-Out of “Sale”: You have the right to request that we not disclose your personal data to a Third-Party for our benefit.
- Right to Know Specific “Third-Parties” Receiving Personal Data: You have the right to know the specific Third-Parties to whom we have disclosed your personal data.

Request Authentication
For the security of your personal data and our own legal obligations, we will require you to verify your identity with us for all rights requests by providing your name, the phone number or email address we have on file for you, and your three most recent purchases (if applicable), other than to Opt-Out of Sale and Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising.
Authorized Agent
If you are an authorized agent seeking to exercise a right on behalf of another individual, you can do so through the method described above. We will ask you to submit documented evidence of a lawful power of attorney or proof that the individual gave you written permission to act on their behalf.
Opt-Out Preference Signal
Our Website responds to the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) which is a website specification that allows your browser to tell us that you want to automatically exercise your Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising or Right to Opt-Out of “Sale” (learn more about GPC at www.globalprivacycontrol.org). For clarity, the GPC opt-out is on a per-website basis and applies at the browser level for the device you use to opt out.
